Terms of Use
1. About the service
SixBalloon ("we") makes a small family of apps for tidying up everyday life. These terms set out the conditions for using our apps and this website (together, the "service").
The service is free: there are no subscriptions and no paid purchases. There is no sign-up and no login either. What you enter is stored on your own device; see the Privacy Policy for details.
By installing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You use the service in accordance with applicable law, these terms, and the terms of any third-party service the app connects to.
- You are responsible for the content you register or save in the app (addresses, titles, text, attachments, and so on).
- You must not use the service to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.
- You must not reverse-engineer the service, or access it in bulk by automated means beyond normal use.
Because your data lives only on your device, we cannot recover anything lost through a lost or reset device or an uninstalled app. Please keep your own copy of anything you need.
3. Third-party services
The service uses, or links out to, the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — advertising
- Google · YouTube — fetching video lists and playback in TUNE+WANDER
- websites you register yourself — automatic title lookup
The content, quality, and availability of third-party services are determined by those providers, and we do not guarantee them. Each service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
4. Using YouTube
TUNE+WANDER (채널산책) uses YouTube API Services, and videos are played in YouTube's own embedded player (the YouTube IFrame Player).
Your use of YouTube features through this app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and by using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The app only plays content that YouTube provides; we neither hold nor supply that content ourselves. Whether a given video can be played, and where it can be shown, is determined by YouTube and by the owner of the content.
5. Advertising
The service is funded by advertising. A Google AdMob banner is displayed at the bottom of the app screen.
The content of ads is determined by Google and by advertisers; we do not select or endorse individual ads. Responsibility for third-party sites and products reached through an ad lies with those providers.
Information processed in connection with advertising is described in §3 of the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to and discontinuation of the service
We may change the service, or stop providing part or all of it. We will give notice of significant changes or discontinuation in the app or on this website.
Some features may stop working if a third-party service the app depends on (YouTube, advertising, and so on) changes its policies or specifications, or stops being available.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not warrant that it will run without errors or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service. This does not apply to damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms where necessary; a revised version takes effect when it is posted on this website. We will give advance notice in the app or on the website of significant changes that are unfavourable to users.
If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may stop using the service and uninstall the app.
